City of Spring Park
Spring Park is a small city nestled on the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States and is about 20 miles west of Minneapolis. The population was 1,669 at the 2010 census.
The small town is rich in history. What is now Spring Park was once the grounds of Hotel Del Otero, a summer lake resort built by James J. Hill.
It was incorporated in 1951 and at that time had a population of a little over 200.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.62 square miles (1.61 km2), of which 0.36 square miles (0.93 km2) is land and 0.26 square miles (0.67 km2) is water. County 15 and County 51 are two of the main routes.
Economy
Tonka Toys was headquartered in Spring Park between 1946 and 1991.
