EDIBLE PLANTS
Vegetables – artichokes, beans, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cantaloupe, cauliflower, celeriac, cucumber, eggplant, ground cherry, kale, kalette, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard, okra, onions, peas, peppers, potato, rumex, sweet potato, swiss chard, squash, strawberries, tomatillos, tomatoes, and watermelon.
